Africa Food Festival UK Unveils New Look Ahead of 2027 Return

Africa Food Festival prepares for a bigger, brighter 2027 with a bold new brand identity

Africa Food Festival UK has unveiled a fresh new look as it prepares to return in 2027, signalling a new chapter for the growing celebration of African food, music, culture and community.

The festival’s refreshed visual identity brings together bold colours, African-inspired geometric patterns and distinctive typography, creating a more modern and energetic representation of what the festival stands for.

The new branding has been designed to reflect the spirit of Africa — colourful, diverse, vibrant and full of creativity — while giving the festival a stronger identity across events, merchandise, digital platforms and promotional campaigns.

The 2027 return will also see Africa Food Festival build on its previous presence with an ambition to reach more cities across the UK, bringing African flavours and culture to even more communities.

“We wanted the new look to reflect where Africa Food Festival is going,” said the festival team. “We are growing, and 2027 is about creating an even bigger experience — more colours, more cities, more food, more music and more culture.”

At the heart of the festival remains its celebration of African cuisine and the people behind it. Visitors can expect a vibrant combination of authentic African food, live music, cultural experiences, entertainment and opportunities to discover businesses and food entrepreneurs.

The new identity will also feature across a planned range of Africa Food Festival merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags and other festival products, allowing supporters to take the festival experience beyond the event itself.

More colours. More cities. More Africa.

With the 2027 edition on the horizon, Africa Food Festival is inviting food businesses, traders, sponsors, performers, cultural organisations and partners to watch for upcoming announcements and opportunities to get involved.

Further details about 2027 dates, cities, tickets, traders and sponsorship opportunities will be announced in the coming months.
